A little to know, a lot to consider…

just a brief

As human beings, we continuously demand and take from the universe. In order to keep balance, we ought to give back. As a firm believer in this, I genuinely enjoy helping others. Generally, I evaluate my success by how much value I add to my surroundings.

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
Mahatma Gandhi

From the start

Since I was in high-school, I enjoyed helping others make decisions. But with time, compared to others, I realized I had something different. Instead of basically sharing with people my experiences with what I know and advising them to take the same route, I used to go 3 steps further and try to understand their situation and carefully address it with what’s relevant from my experiences, or find some totally new answers in some cases.

Good examples would be helping friends and family members with developing food diets or workout plans. I had my own diet and workout plan, but the fact that I always spent time to make sure I tailor new ones based on the needs of whom I was helping made me earn their trust.

During my undergraduate studies, the joy of analyzing someone’s needs and tailoring a solution specific to their problem was even greater for me. I was able to help classmates and freshman students in planning their course-schedules; this included many factors such as: quarter/semester offering, timing, prerequisites, instructor and conflict and balance with other courses.

How it all came together

This had surely set me up for a career in consulting which I now have. But my appreciation for helping others has gone beyond my job in consulting. Over recent years I have devoted a large amount of my personal time to voluntarily coach and mentor senior students, fresh graduates and young professionals entering the workforce, around their career paths and efforts to grow in the right direction.

After helping a large number of people, through coaching and consulting, I realized how much I value this work and decided to professionally dedicate more time to it.

All in all, I aspire to inspire, guide and enable others to reach their utmost potential, from the start and throughout the stages of their journey, by becoming one of the most trusted and approachable strategic coaches and consultants.
