You may be wondering how I can help…

How I see things

No matter where you are or what you do, I see your concern as a problem for me to solve. So I put myself in your shoes and from there I start.

In case you are still wondering…

For almost half a decade, I have been committed to providing the best possible coaching and consulting, through employment, freelancing and pro bono efforts. I have become mostly known for my highly analytical and creative mindset. I do however believe that before all, I am a critical thinker.

Whether it is for coaching or consulting, I do enjoy challenging the status quo, and starting with a blank sheet of paper to avoid any biases. Apart from others in general, I tend to focus on the WHYs. I find understanding why certain approaches or practices are chosen will always drive the WHATs in the right direction. Because after all, one size does not fit all.

Businesses

My engineering background combined with experience in solving business related problems have made me a well-rounded consultant when facing complex business challenges.

Over the years, I have worked with clients across a number of sectors and industries, including manufacturing, information technology, healthcare, food & beverage, agriculture, sports & fitness, entertainment and government, and I look forward for more.

Throughout my consulting and industry experiences, I have worked collaboratively with people from all organization levels and with diverse backgrounds. I am grateful for having experienced working in different countries and companies, as well as different functions within each.

My experience working with executives and top management, and demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill clients’ needs make me the go-to consultant.

Individuals

Career development is one of the aspects which I have put a lot of focus on, throughout my professional career. This includes myself and individuals which I have coached over the years.

My career development efforts towards others, have been in helping them have more clarity about the career paths they wish to pursue and relevant progression efforts they put in (including but not limited to: job search, professional profile, interview preparation and opportunity selection).

During my most recent corporate role in the management consulting industry, and alongside my client-facing responsibilities, I was fortunate to be responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing and following up with trainees in my team.

Such experiences helped me see the other side of job seeking activities. I now know what it’s like to be a job-seeker, an employee or even an employer. This makes me well suited for helping individuals with their career development efforts.
